Connectly Recruiting is seeking a seasoned Preconstruction Manager to lead commercial project estimates from start to finish in Columbus, OH. You will drive the preconstruction phase, build relationships with clients and architects, and present cost information clearly.

Ideal candidates have 5-10 years of experience in commercial projects and a track record of developing comprehensive estimates and VE ideas. Compensation is $130,000-$160,000 plus bonuses, with relocation assistance available.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, create, and complete entire project estimates.
• Perform detailed On-Screen Takeoffs.
• Develop preliminary preconstruction schedules.
• Formulate Value Engineering (VE) ideas and calculate associated costs.
• Research specified materials and source viable alternatives.
• Review, analyze, and correct estimates prepared by team members.
• Manage project staffing and General Condition requirements.
• Maintain expert knowledge of current market and unit pricing.
• Build strong relationships with Owners and Architects.
• Prepare polished, professional presentation documents.
• Confidently present cost information and estimates to clients.
