Job summary

DI Build, located in Overland Park, is hiring an Estimator / Preconstruction Manager to support their Design + Build project delivery. This role demands a proactive individual who collaborates with owners, architects, and project teams from conception through execution.

The ideal candidate will possess over 5 years of estimating experience in commercial construction, strong communication skills, and proficiency in construction software. A competitive salary and performance-based bonuses are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of estimating or preconstruction experience within commercial construction.
• Experience working for a General Contractor, Construction Manager, or Design + Build firm.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare conceptual, schematic, and GMP estimates across multiple project phases.
• Develop accurate quantity takeoffs and pricing analyses.
• Assist leadership with proposals and project pursuits.

Skills
