Job summary

Raydeo Enterprises Inc. is seeking a detail‑oriented preconstruction and estimating professional to review bid opportunities, prepare estimates, and validate costs across materials, labor, and subcontractors.

The role coordinates with Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Installation to ensure alignment with Raydeo standards and project schedules. Responsibilities include supporting award activities, adjusting preliminary budgets, managing documentation, and maintaining data within

• Proficiency or trainability with Microsoft 365, Innergy, and Raydeo software platforms.
• Motivation to develop estimating, preconstruction, and project skills.
• Interest in pursuing training and certifications over time.

Responsibilities

• Review and qualify bid opportunities from BuildingConnected and other platforms as assigned by PM or Preconstruction Director
• Prepare estimates using Raydeo preconstruction SOPs ("The Path")
• Independently validate material, labor, and subcontract costs
• Ensure estimates meet Accounting, Engineering, and Management requirements
• Coordinate bid feasibility using Computer‑Ease capacity reports
• Support leadership approval milestones prior to client commitment
• Notify clients of commitment timelines required to protect production schedules
• Assist with subcontractor sourcing per Raydeo SOP when estimating capacity constraints exist
• Support job award activities and handoff following successful bid close
• Participate in kickoff meetings with management and project stakeholders
• Adjust preliminary budgets based on time, material, and resource constraints
• Confirm Manufacturing and Installation alignments with Raydeo standards
• Submit approval requests for Engineering to begin production drawings once field measurements are verified
• Assign and track early requirements across Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Installation
• Assist with contract reviews and coordinate execution handoff to Accounting and Project Management
• Understand contract verbiage that affects profitability and scope
• Maintain documentation and records required for bid and project transition
• Support official project close‑out activities per Raydeo SOP when assigned
• Manage estimating and preconstruction data accurately within Raydeo systems

Note:

Client expectation management, schedule enforcement, and execution authority remain with the Project Manager once a project is awarded.

Position Requirements

• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Some overnight travel may be required
• Pass drug screening per Georgia Drug‑Free Workplace Policy
• Obtain OSHA 10 Construction within first 30 days
• Proper use of required PPE always
• Ability to read and follow work order assignments
