This role supports the planning and execution of projects during the preconstruction phase, contributing to accurate estimating, competitive subcontractor procurement, and effective project setup. This role collaborates with the Preconstruction Manager, development, and operations teams to develop project budgets, define scopes of work, and support front-end project planning efforts. This role is key to ensuring project feasibility, cost certainty, and a smooth transition from preconstruction to construction by coordinating bid efforts, analyzing trade coverage, and supporting procurement and early project logistics. Internally, this role will be referred to as a "Preconstruction Engineer."
