Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma, technical associate, or related experience.

• Knowledge of construction programs like Bluebeam Studio, AutoCAD, and Revit beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in interpreting construction plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Participate in pre-bid meetings.
• Generate and distribute meeting minutes.
• Keep all stakeholders informed of changes and modifications throughout the construction process.
• Provide support to field personnel during construction, ensuring design intent is translated to the field.
• Attend site meetings to document existing conditions.
• Assist and collaborate with the engineering team in developing designs to meet project goals.
• Support MEP coordination with other trade contractors.
• Aid in the construction as-built and documentation process.
• Maintain logs, manage submittal and RFI processes, and report updates to senior engineers and project managers.
