Qualifications

• At least five years of experience in estimating or preconstruction for a general contractor or construction management firm.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates including contingencies and general conditions.
• Develop preliminary schedules covering design, permitting, procurement, and construction milestones.
• Lead subcontractor prequalification and bid package preparation.
