Job summary

Qualifications

• Six (6) to ten (10) years of construction experience.
• Must be proficient in Bluebeam software for the creation and modification of PDF documents.
• Must be proficient in Timberline Estimating software.
• Must be proficient in Agtek and iSqF.

Responsibilities

• Provide full lifecycle preconstruction leadership for complex projects.
• Build strong relationships with clients, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Support development of cost metrics and market analyses.
• Guide and mentor preconstruction staff effectively.
