You will design solutions for risk management and strategic improvements using existing tools and custom scalable options across the enterprise. In this role you will monitor KPIs, coordinate with department leaders, develop standardized metrics, and identify opportunities to reduce costs, delays, and operational risks while collaborating closely

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, data science, statistics, or a related field.
• Internship in data science, analytics, or construction preferred.
• General knowledge of construction operations.
• Experience holding meetings and public speaking preferred.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor construction KPIs and identify risks and opportunities.
• Coordinate with department leaders to align on improvements and objectives.
• Develop standardized tools, procedures, and performance metrics.
• Evaluate technology and automation to streamline tasks.
• Design and implement process improvements to reduce costs, delays, and operational risks.
• Identify productivity risk factors within construction processes.
• Evaluate root causes of varying productivity metrics.
• Correlate KPIs from various disciplines.
• Support change management of new processes, technologies, and tools.
• Collaborate directly with project teams to set goals, solve problems, and confirm results.
