Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience working with first‑generation and low‑income students in higher education preparation.
• Strong oral and written communication across multiple age groups.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with program leaders to provide educational services.
• Plan, coordinate, and deliver Saturday Academy logistics and events.
• Deliver curriculum and assist in developing surveys and evaluations.
• Supervise and train student staff and facilitate training sessions.
• Support recruitment, documentation collection, and academic planning for students.
