Job summary

FUJIFILM Sonosite seeks a Scientific Applications Specialist to provide expert support in preclinical ultrasound and photoacoustic imaging. The role involves leading pre-sales demonstrations, customer education, and training at client sites and our training facilities, with travel required both domestically and internationally.

Ideal candidates hold an advanced scientific degree and have extensive experience in preclinical imaging, with excellent English communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a relevant scientific discipline preferred.
• Strong experience in preclinical ultrasound or photoacoustic imaging.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Excellent written and oral communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales demonstrations of high-resolution ultrasound and photoacoustic equipment at training facilities and customer locations, travel involved.
• Travel to trade shows, conferences, and workshops as a subject matter expert on high-resolution ultrasound and photoacoustic imaging techniques.
• Conduct comprehensive training sessions for customers on new equipment, at training facilities and customer sites.
• Offer pre-installation and post-installation application support for ultrasound and photoacoustic equipment.
• Address and resolve customer satisfaction issues as assigned and collect feedback for improvements.
• Deliver presentations about products, applications, and developments at customer sites and events.
• Collaborate with Product Management to collect user feedback for new features and improvements.
• Develop comprehensive procedure manuals and training protocols for VisualSonics products.
