Job summary

The Center for Basic MR Research at Endeavor Health is seeking a highly motivated researcher with hands-on experience in preclinical magnetic resonance imaging to join our multidisciplinary research program.

The successful candidate will work with a Bruker 9.4T preclinical MRI system and participate in the development and execution of experimental MRI studies spanning neuroscience, physiology, and translational biomedical research.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in either Medicine or Biology required.
• 3 years of professional research laboratory experience.
• Experience with preclinical MRI and data analysis required.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform preclinical MRI experiments using Bruker 9.4T.
• Develop and optimize MRI acquisition protocols for animal research.
• Operate scanner and perform QC procedures.
• Analyze images, interpret data, and contribute to manuscripts.
• Assist with protocol development and cross-disciplinary collaboration.
