Job summary

Hinckley Yachts is seeking a Marine Hardware Installer for its production facility to install deck hardware and precision components on luxury yachts. You will work from prefabricated kits and custom designs, using power tools and hand tools to meet exact specifications.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in marine hardware, boatbuilding, or related mechanical trades.
• Ability to lift and carry 25–60 lbs.
• Pre-Employment background check required.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Install marine deck hardware and parts from kits or custom designs.
• Drill holes, bolt hardware, hatches and other parts; secure components.
• Read blueprints and layout designs; position hardware per specs.
• Collaborate with engineers to resolve layout issues.
• Prepare mounting bases with electric tools; ensure safety compliance.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
