The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and committed to safety, ensuring accurate cuts and efficient production in a fast-paced environment. Experience in manufacturing and woodworking is preferred, along with a high school diploma. This position requires adherence to safety protocols and maintaining production records.

Qualifications

• Prior Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Prior Woodworking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy in cutting, maintaining consistent quality and dimensions according to specifications.
• Safely operate sawmill machinery to cut boards into specified sizes.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure the safe operation of all equipment.
• Maintain pre and post equipment inspections.
• Troubleshoot equipment as needed.
• Assist with Forklift Driving/Material handling.
• Gather materials for daily work orders.
• Assist in conducting inventory counts.
• Maintain clean work area.
• Maintain accurate records of production.
