Job summary

LayerZero Power Systems LLC is seeking a Wiring Assembler to join our on-site team in Streetsboro, Ohio. You will bind wires to form wire harnesses, read electrical wiring diagrams, and verify assemblies meet quality standards through basic tests.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, precise measurement, and careful handling of small components. A high school diploma or equivalent and prior manufacturing or electronics experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with electronics or wiring.
• Ability to read and follow simple assembly diagrams and procedures.
• Ability to use simple electronic test tools (continuity/cable testers).
• Ability to use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers).
• Good eyesight and ability to work with small parts.
• Attention to detail and strive for high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Assemble kits of small parts into electronic assemblies using instructions and hand tools.
• Final assembly of wire harnesses from sub-assemblies following procedures.
• Sort, label, and package electronic assemblies and harnesses.
• Own the quality of their work output.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Care for, lubricate and clean hand tools.
• Provide feedback to supervisors to improve quality and efficiency.
