Employnet, Inc. is seeking a Wire Harness Assembler to join its electronics manufacturing team in Fremont, CA. The role involves assembling wire harnesses and cable assemblies per engineering drawings and work instructions, with emphasis on accuracy and quality.

You will cut, strip, crimp, solder, and terminate wires using hand tools and equipment, inspect work, and adhere to safety and production standards in a fast-paced environment. Physical lifting up to 25–35 lbs is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in wire harness or cable assembly preferred.
• Ability to read basic diagrams and production documentation.
• Familiarity with hand tools used in wire harnessing.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Ability to lift up to 25–35 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assembles wire harnesses, cable assemblies per specifications and diagrams.
• Cuts, strips, crimps, solders, and terminates wires with hand tools and equipment.
• Routes and bundles wires using ties, sleeves, and clamps.
• Reads work orders and wiring diagrams to ensure correct assembly.
• Performs visual inspections to ensure quality and compliance with standards.
• Maintains clean workstation and follows safety guidelines.
• Reports defects or production issues to supervisors.
