Job summary

Paycom in Austin, TX is seeking an entry-level Wide Format Packing & Quality Control Operator to inspect, pack, and prepare banners, signage, posters, displays, and graphics for shipment. You will ensure each piece meets quality standards before leaving production, protecting materials, and preparing items for transit.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in wide format printing, packing, quality control, or production preferred.
• Forklift operation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect finished materials for color accuracy and defects prior to packing.
• Verify job specs, quantities, dimensions, and finishing requirements.
• Pack and protect banners and large prints to prevent damage.
• Select packing materials based on product type and size.
• Identify and report quality issues to Production for correction.
• Maintain clean, organized packing and staging areas.
• Assist with inventory organization of packing materials.
• Document quality checks and packing activity.
