• Willingness to learn TFPS principles.
• Proficient in English.
• AWS welding certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and measurements to plan layout.
• Determine appropriate welding method and equipment.
• Set up components per specification (cut/mill to size).
• Operate angle grinders to prepare parts for welding.
• Align and clamp components for welding.
• Weld components in multiple positions (vertical/horizontal/overhead).
• Repair assemblies by welding pieces and filling gaps.
• Test and inspect welded joints for defects.
• Maintain equipment in safe condition.
• Contribute as needed to other production areas.
