Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent preferred, plus welding experience or a technical degree with experience.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, drawings, and memos in English.
• Familiarity with precision measuring tools and basic ERP data entry.
• Commitment to safety, continuous learning, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Prepare materials and perform MIG welding and robotic welding load/unload.
• Finish metal parts to meet drawings and specs with quality inspections.
• Follow safety procedures including Lock Out Tagout and ergonomics.
• Maintain production efficiency and support continuous improvement.
• Use ERP system to manage shop orders and report production data.
• Participate in 5S and preventative maintenance; work independently when needed.
