Job summary

Milo Live in North Las Vegas is seeking an experienced Welder to join our precision manufacturing team. You will perform hand welding and flame-cutting, read blueprints, and fabricate steel frames and components for specialized training equipment and shooting range systems.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of welding experience, MIG/TIG/Stick proficiency, and a solid understanding of metallurgy and measuring tools.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of professional welding experience.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency with precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers).
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Knowledge of metallurgy and various welding techniques.
• Must pass welding test prior to hiring.

Responsibilities

• Welding & fabrication per specifications and blueprints.
• Handle complex seams and large-scale workpieces.
• Interpret technical drawings accurately.
• Operate precision measuring devices and material handling equipment.
• Create jigs, fixtures, and work aids for alignment.
• Select welding methods based on metallurgy and project requirements.
• Perform quality assurance through measuring and finishing to meet specs.
• Provide feedback for product improvement and safety compliance.
