Job summary

MILO Live in North Las Vegas is seeking an entry-level production teammate to support shop and warehouse operations. You will cut, assemble, and prepare parts while reading shop drawings and maintaining clean areas.

The role emphasizes accurate measuring, safe handling of equipment, and willingness to learn across trades. A high school diploma and strong English communication are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Self-starter who thrives with minimal supervision.
• Comfort reading a measuring tape with accuracy.
• Physical readiness: lift 50–75 lbs, continuous walking, strong hand/eye dexterity.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Curiosity to learn new skills and cross-train across trades.

Responsibilities

• Keep the shop/warehouse and office areas clean and organized.
• Run shop errands—pick up and drop off orders as needed.
• Cut, screw, and sand parts for assemblies and subassemblies.
• Create templates/jigs to position and secure components.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.

• Share practical feedback with your Manager to improve products.
• Follow all Safety and Health policies without exception.
• Take on other assigned tasks to support production flow.

Your Mission
