Qualifications

• 2+ years welding experience or equivalent training.
• Ability to read fabrication drawings and weld symbols.

• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Basic computer skills to track jobs.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and weld symbols.
• Set up and operate welding equipment for various materials.
• Weld to specifications and quality standards.
• Inspect completed welds for accuracy and strength.
• Maintain welding equipment and tools.
• Retrieve materials from inventory and organize finished products.
• Track work orders in the company system.
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment as needed.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
