Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interpret moderately complex drawings, route sheets, specs to determine methods.
• Set up and operate MIG/TIG or oxy/fuel welding and cutting equipment.
• Perform welding, brazing, and cutting; select consumables and adjust controls.
• Measure dimensions using micrometers and calipers; verify tolerances.
• Inspect finished units and report defects with details for corrective action.
• Maintain safety, documentation, and orderly work area; participate in meetings.
