Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional welding experience preferred.
• Ability to read and understand welding blueprints.
• Possess a welding certification, or ability to become AWS certified.
• Experience using precise measuring equipment and maintaining safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain effective welding operations to meet customer demands and on-time delivery.
• Fabricate complex weldments according to specifications.
• Organize and clean the welding work area.
• Assist other production areas as needed.
• Communicate with leadership as required.
