Job summary

Laser North, a laser cutting and fabrication specialist in Hayti, SD, is seeking full-time General Laborers/Parts Handlers. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred but not required; we will train motivated workers with a strong work ethic.

You will assist in all production stages: parts handling, grinding, forklift materials handling, light machining, assembly, packing, and shipping. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and timely service, in a safe, clean, and supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Self-motivation and excellent work ethic required.
• Previous manufacturing or related experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to read and understand prints or instructions.
• Possess a strong attention to detail and ability to solve problems.
• Ability to balance urgency with safety, quality, and efficiency.
