Job summary

Hanwha Power in Florida is looking for a Welder to perform setup, installation, and welding on gas turbine components. Candidates should have a high school diploma, certification in TIG and MIG welding, and a minimum of three years of relevant experience. Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with TIG welding.
• 3+ years of experience in a production or maintenance environment.
• 1+ years of experience with welding of Ni-base or Ni-Cr alloys.

Responsibilities

• Set-up and installation of welding equipment.
• Execution of welding on gas turbine components as per specifications.
• Use hand tools to assemble/disassemble and prep/blend welds.

Skills

TIG welding experience

Experience in production/maintenance

Welding of Ni-base or Ni-Cr alloys

Visual inspections of welds

Knowledge of manufacturing processes

Education

High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Certified in welding (TIG & MIG)
