Qualifications

• Manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assembles small water softener components following standard work instructions and visual aids.
• Uses hand tools and basic assembly equipment to complete tasks accurately.
• Performs visual quality checks on parts during and after assembly.
• Identifies and reports defective parts, quality issues or equipment concerns to the Team Lead.
• Meets daily production goals while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Maintains a clean, organized and safe workstation in accordance with 5S guidelines.
• Follows all plant and safety policies, work rules and PPE requirements.
• Supports other assembly or production areas as needed.
