Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years working with NC, CNC, lasers, punches, and water jets.
• Good math skills including basic trigonometry.
• Advanced blueprint skills including knowledge of GD&T tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Operate metal cutting machines, ensuring proper placement of work pieces.
• Generate NC and CNC programs, interpreting and editing programs.
• Conduct first article inspections and maintain statistical reporting.

Set-up and operation of machines

Knowledge of ferrous and non-ferrous materials

Education

High school diploma or GED
