Job summary

Shively Bros. Inc. is seeking a Warehouse & Tooling Support Associate to help run daily warehouse tasks in a safe, accurate, and organized way. You will use company systems to keep records and generate routine reports, and assist with basic tooling preset work when assigned.

Role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds; forklift certification is a plus. Healthcare benefits and PTO are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Practical experience using Microsoft Office products is required.
• Warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory, forklift, or related experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout shift.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Record shipping information and prepare shipments using approved logistics systems.
• Move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand carts; store in correct locations.
• Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies to leadership.
• Use Excel, Word, Outlook for data entry, inventory lists, and reporting.
• Prepare tooling for assembly and package completed assemblies for preset.
• Report safety, quality, and inventory issues and cooperate with reviews.
• Maintain safety, quality, and housekeeping standards in the work area.
