Quality Talent Group is seeking a skilled production associate in Plantersville, MS to assemble furniture, perform detailed inspections, and maintain consistent quality throughout the build and packing processes.

In this full-time role, you will operate precise machinery and hand tools, record production data, and follow safety protocols to ensure on-time delivery of finished goods to customers across the region.

Qualifications

• Must be able to transport loads up to 100 pounds and occasionally 250 pounds.
• Comfortable operating machinery and hand tools with precision and safety.
• Accurate record-keeping using digital scanners or handwritten logs.
• Keen eye for defects and willingness to repair to maintain quality standards.
• Commitment to a safe work environment and following safety protocols.

Responsibilities
