Quality Talent Group is seeking a hands-on assembler to manufacture high-quality furniture in our Mississippi facility. The role involves precise assembly, inspection, and finished-packaging to ensure exceptional product standards.

User will operate machinery, document production steps, and uphold safety protocols in a fast-paced environment. Training and development opportunities are provided as part of a supportive team.

Qualifications

• You will frequently transport loads up to 100 pounds and occasionally up to 250 pounds.
• You are comfortable operating machinery and hand tools with safety and precision.
• You record production information accurately using digital scanners and handwritten logs.
• You identify defects and take initiative to repair them to meet high quality standards.
• You champion a safe work environment by following all safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Create quality furniture through expert assembly and precision craftsmanship.
• Maintain our quality standards by performing detailed inspections, repairs, and refinements.
• Drive efficiency using modern tracking systems and digital tools to document production.
• Master specialized equipment and tools while following safety and operational best practices.
• Ensure product excellence through careful packaging and preparation for delivery.
