The role requires lifting 45+ lbs, reliable attendance, and comfort with English/Spanish teamwork. We offer full medical/dental/vision after 90 days, PTO after 90 days, bonuses, and a growth path to a Data Center Technician Apprenticeship.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate strong hand-eye coordination and steady hands.
• Able to perform repetitive precision work with focus.
• Comfortable working with others in a bilingual (English/Spanish) team.
• Willingness to lift heavy equipment and follow SOPs exactly.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, clean, inspect, sort, and reassemble components.
• Handle equipment valued at $3,000–$10,000 per unit with care.
• Perform scrapping, recycling, and inspection tasks as priorities shift.
• Move and track gear across the facility; log data in basic software.
• Follow detailed processes and maintain consistent quality.
