Job summary

D&D Technologies, a global leader in gate hardware and access solutions, is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Associate to join the Warehouse Operations team in North Carolina. You will pick, pack, process orders, and manage shipments using Epicor, UPS, FedEx, and other systems.

You will receive and inspect incoming inventory, operate forklifts and other equipment, maintain accurate stock records, and help with cycle counts.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
• Experience with inventory control and stock handling procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage changing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
• Basic mathematical and computer skills.
• Experience using warehouse management, inventory, or shipping software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare shipments using Epicor, UPS, FedEx, and other shipping systems.
• Ensure customer orders are dispatched correctly and on time.
• Receive, inspect, count, and put away incoming inventory.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory control activities.
• Maintain accurate inventory locations and stock records.
• Wrap pallets and prepare freight for transport.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment.
• Support kitting, packaging, and other warehouse functions as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Report hazards, safety concerns, equipment issues, or damaged stock promptly.
• Assist with special projects and additional warehouse duties as directed by management.
