Job summary

Fusion Transport is seeking a Quality Control Associate (WRHS) in Romeoville, IL. This full-time role supports daily warehouse operations, verifies product quantities and labeling, and conducts quality checks across inbound, outbound, and cross-docked shipments.

The position requires a High School diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. RF scanner experience is preferred, with competitive starting pay and opportunities for overtime.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or GED.
• Basic computer proficiency and warehouse software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Experience with RF scanning preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspections on inbound, outbound, and cross-docked shipments.
• Verify quantities, lot/serial numbers, and packaging against customer docs.
• Inspect freight for damages, shortages, and labeling errors.
• Audit order picking/packing accuracy before shipment.
• Coordinate with supervisors to resolve quality concerns.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
