Qualifications

• Ability to operate handheld scanners and read printed/digital pick lists.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or with a team.
• Basic math, reading, and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick products for customer orders using handheld scanners and pick tickets.
• Match item numbers and descriptions to ensure order accuracy.
• Place picked items in designated staging areas for packing or shipping.
• Operate handheld scanning devices to confirm item selection and update inventory systems.
• Inspect items for quality, damage, or discrepancies before selection.
• Report inventory discrepancies or stock shortages to the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Follow safety protocols and picking procedures at all times.
• Assist with restocking and inventory rotation as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Work collaboratively with warehouse team members to meet daily goals.
• Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing priorities.
• All other duties as assigned.
