Job summary

Aerotek in Bettendorf, IA is seeking an Order Puller to accurately pull, prepare, and package a variety of customer orders in a warehouse environment, from packing slips or pick lists.

You will read instructions, use RF scanners, fill orders quickly and correctly, lift up to 70 pounds, and collaborate with a small team while maintaining OSHA safety standards. The role is contract-to-hire with good potential for advancement and a clean, well-lit facility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience pulling/packing orders in a warehouse environment.
• Able to read and interpret packing slips and pick lists accurately.
• Experience with order pulling, inventory handling, shipping and receiving, and scanning.
• Able to lift up to 70 pounds and work with safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow instructions on packing slips and pick lists to pull orders accurately and completely.
• Complete pick lists and pull orders within prescribed performance guidelines and timelines.
• Fill orders from Receiving when product is not yet moved to pick locations.
• Pack and label boxes and skids to prevent damage during handling and shipping.
• Bag and box products, including inners and master cartons, prior to auditing.
• Complete special label orders as needed to meet requirements.
• Work as part of a team, supporting training and auditing of orders for accuracy.
• Follow OSHA requirements and safety policies; maintain a clean, safe workstation.
• Handle physical tasks, including lifting up to 70 pounds.
