Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is hiring for an Order Filler Picker in Ohio. The role involves picking, packing, returns, shipping, and other duties with a 2nd shift from 2pm-10pm. Base pay is $17.75 per hour plus a $1 shift premium. Ideal candidates have 1 year of warehouse experience and familiarity with WMS systems.

Position: Order Filler Picker
Shift: 2nd Shift Monday-Friday 2pm-10pm
Pay: $17.75
Additional Incentives: $1 shift premium

In addition to the general job description below, the ideal candidate will also possess the following skills and/or experience:
Production, Manufacturing, Warehouse, General Labor, Line Operator, Order Picker, Quality Control, Material Handler, Fulfillment, Inbound, Outbound, Loader/Unloader, Shipping, Receiving, Packing, Picking.

A minimum of (1) one year's experience in the following:
- Order Fulfillment as an Order Picker and Packer - to include cross-trained skills across multiple departments - inbound, outbound, auto store, domestic and international shipping, receiving.
- Preparing product for safe shipment and verifying accuracy utilizing using computer, shipping label and/or packing list.
- Experience with a WMS (Warehouse Management System) is highly desired. Examples of WMS systems are JDA, Red Prairie, Blue Yonder, Manhattan, SAP.
- Able to stand for extended periods of time. The position will require standing for up to 90% of the shift.
- Must be able to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.

Role Purpose

Responsible for safe, secure, and accurate filling of customer orders. Replenish or pick product with direction from pick sheets or hand held computer. Obtains merchandise from bins or shelves to fill the order.
