Qualifications

• 12 to 18 months of power equipment operation experience.
• Certification on Taylor Dunn, sit-down forklifts, and either an Order Picker or Narrow Aisle Forklift.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong math and the ability to follow detailed written or oral instructions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the flow of materials to keep operations moving smoothly.
• Select, sort, count, and package materials for put-away and internal transport.
• Safely operate order pickers and forklifts to manage inventory in high-level racking.
• Load and unload trucks and document paperwork to ensure loads are accounted for.
• Meet and exceed daily picking and packing targets to support downstream processes.
