Job summary

Perfection Chain in Cullman, AL is seeking a reliable Forklift Driver / Order Puller to pull, wrap, and stage customer orders. You will operate forklifts and related equipment to support production, shipping, receiving, and inventory control, while maintaining a safe, organized warehouse.

Ideal candidates have forklift experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting, can read work orders and shipping documents, and work well both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Forklift operating experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and understand work orders, shipping documents, and inventory records.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Pull customer and production orders accurately according to pick tickets, work orders, and shipping documents.
• Load and unload trucks in a safe and timely manner.
• Verify quantities, product codes, and descriptions against paperwork and inventory records.
• Perform daily forklift inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Follow company policies, quality standards, and safety procedures.
• Work closely with production, shipping, receiving, and inventory teams to support operational goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
