Inotiv, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Operations Associate to support inbound and outbound distribution. Responsibilities include unloading, receiving, put-away, order picking/packing, staging, loading, and documenting shipments in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of warehouse experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Unload, receive, and verify inbound products.
• Track inbound/outbound shipment times and document discrepancies.
• Put away and identify stock accurately.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders using WMS (e.g., JD Edwards).
• Load outbound shipments and coordinate with carriers.
• Operate material handling equipment safely.
• Support cycle counts and inventory accuracy.
• Follow SOPs and safety rules at all times.
