Job summary

Inotiv is seeking a Warehouse Operations Associate in Wisconsin to perform core inbound and outbound activities, ensuring safety, accuracy, and timely distribution. The role emphasizes inventory accuracy and proper handling of products using established procedures.

Responsibilities include operating material handling equipment, supporting cycle counts, and adhering to SOPs and PPE requirements. Standard shift is Monday–Friday with early hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years warehouse experience preferred or equivalent education/experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability.
• Team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Check in and unload delivery trucks; verify inbound product accuracy.
• Track inbound and outbound shipment arrivals and departure times.
• Tag, label, and identify stock.
• Put away inbound freight and maintain organized storage locations.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders using WMS (JD Edwards).
• Box and pack outgoing shipments following procedures.
• Load outbound shipments onto route trucks or third-party carriers.
• Handle fragile and sensitive packages.
• Record and report damaged shipments.
• Dispose of damaged product per procedures.
• Communicate inventory discrepancies to the Supervisor.
• Operate material handling equipment safely.
• Assist with monthly and annual inventory cycle counts.
• Follow SOPs and safety rules.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
