Job summary

Plasma-Therm, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Kitting Specialist to ensure accurate assembly and delivery of parts kits for production. The role focuses on kit accuracy, BOM interpretation, and timely coordination with Production and Purchasing.

Candidates should be detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle warehouse tasks efficiently. Responsibilities include selecting parts, verifying numbers, maintaining ERP records, and supporting cycle counts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in warehouse, materials, or manufacturing.
• Experience with kitting, inventory management, or production support.
• Familiarity with ERP or warehouse management systems.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, and kit parts and materials from warehouse inventory based on work orders and BOMs.
• Verify part numbers, quantities, and lot/serial numbers before releasing kits.
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, and Purchasing to resolve shortages or discrepancies.
• Ensure kits are packaged, labeled and staged for transfer to manufacturing areas.
• Maintain accurate inventory transactions in ERP and perform cycle counts.
• Support receiving, stocking and other warehouse functions as needed.
