Depatie Fluid Power Co. in California is seeking a Warehouse Associate to maintain an organized, accurate, and safe warehouse.

You will receive, store, pick, pack, scan, and distribute materials and products, collaborating with shipping, receiving, and customer service teams to ensure orders are ready for pickup or delivery. The role emphasizes attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to learn our warehouse technology and inventory systems while upholding safety procedures.

Formación

• Warehouse, distribution, shipping/receiving, or material-handling experience.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to learn and adapt to warehouse technology, scanners, inventory systems, and computer-based processes.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Read and interpret customer orders, work orders, shipping documents, requisitions, and picking tickets to determine the materials and products needed.
• Accurately pick, pull, pack, stage, and ship customer orders according to established procedures.
• Receive incoming materials and verify quantities, product information, and documentation.
• Move materials and products between receiving, storage, picking, staging, and shipping areas.
• Organize and store inventory on racks, shelves, bins, pallets, and designated storage locations based on product type, size, style, product code, or other established systems.
• Use scanners, warehouse technology, inventory systems, and other tools to accurately track material movement and customer orders.
• Mark, label, and identify materials using the appropriate methods.
• Open and process bales, crates, boxes, containers, and other incoming shipments.
• Record quantities and information for materials received and complete required warehouse, receiving, shipping, and inventory documentation.
• Prepare customer orders for pickup and delivery, ensuring orders are accurate, properly packaged, and ready when needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory organization and help ensure materials can be located quickly and efficiently.
• Operate company equipment, including forklifts and other material-handling equipment, safely and responsibly.
• Maintain clean, organized, accessible, and safe warehouse areas.
• Properly care for company equipment and help protect company property, inventory, tools, and other assets.
• Follow all company health, safety, environmental, warehouse, and material-handling procedures.
• Support other warehouse and operational activities as needed.
