Job summary

Quality Custom Distribution Services LLC (QCD), a subsidiary of Golden State Foods, is seeking a Warehouse Auditor in Greenwood. The role audits orders, inspects products, reads labels, and uses handheld devices to verify accuracy in a fast-paced, 24-hour operation.

Qualifications

• Productivity must be 95% within 120 days as measured by the engineered work standards system.
• Basic understanding of assignment requirements, correct operation of equipment and processes related to the job, and good overall understanding of GSF.
• Willingness to work with others, accept feedback and uphold the Company Creed and Values.
• Looks for areas to improve and takes immediate action or refers to supervisor.
• Cost consciousness and care of tools and equipment.
• Follows instructions, attends work, and meets scheduled delivery times.
• Produces quality work with good internal and external relations.

Responsibilities

• Audits product orders for order accuracy and elevates discrepancies to management.
• Inspects and audits incoming and outgoing product.
• Reads labels and associated documents printed in English.
• Performs audits of inventory orders using handheld device.
• Identifies order discrepancies.
• Counts and calculates using basic math.
• Maintains focus in a busy environment with distractions.
• Maintains productivity and accuracy per work standards.
• Schedules vary due to the 24-hour operation.
• Lifts up to 50 lbs. to move products for verification.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
