Job summary

CultureSpace is seeking a Warehouse Associate in San Antonio to pick, pack and prepare shipments using Business Central and Project Pulse. You will create Bills of Lading for LTL freight, coordinate with carriers, and keep accurate records across several systems.

Strong attention to detail and safety are essential. This full-time role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and potentially up to 75 lbs occasionally, with certification preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 12+ months of warehouse, order fulfillment, or shipping/receiving experience preferred.
• Ability to learn and navigate multiple software systems (Business Central, Project Pulse, UPS shipping software, LTL portals).
• Experience creating BOLs and coordinating with LTL carriers preferred.
• Powered industrial truck certification preferred.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs, with occasional up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Pick / Order Selection from inventory using pick lists in Business Central and Project Pulse.
• Pack orders into parcels or onto pallets with proper packaging and labeling.
• Prepare outbound shipments via UPS and coordinate with LTL carriers for pallets.
• Create Bills of Lading with correct freight class, weight, dimensions, and carrier requirements.
• Record picks and packing across multiple systems and schedule LTL pickups; communicate with carriers.
• Verify order accuracy and packaging condition prior to dispatch; report discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe pick/pack/ship area; follow safety procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by warehouse leadership.
