Radwell International LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our Miami-based Warehouse Operations team. You will help ensure inventory accuracy, accurate order fulfillment, and timely shipment processing in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include receiving, inspecting, labeling, packing, and shipping goods, plus operating forklifts and entering data into WMS. Candidates should be reliable, organized, and safety-focused.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments of industrial parts and equipment.
• Verify shipment accuracy against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Label, sort, and store inventory in designated locations.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits.
• Enter inventory and shipment data into WMS and databases.
• Collaborate with shipping, receiving, and customer service to resolve issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow OSHA guidelines and company safety procedures.
