Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Warehouse Associate – Wash Load Capacity Specialist to support the Rental Division. The role involves verifying customer garments and bulk products are organized into laundry bags, weighing each bag, and ensuring weight parameters are met before sending them to the washroom.

Maintain a clean, safe work area and meet productivity and quality standards. Eligible candidates should be prepared for a fast-paced setting, adhere to attendance policies, and perform physical tasks

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must adhere to attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in a safe proximity to other people for extended periods.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule driven environment where there are time pressures to complete work quickly.
• Must be willing to frequently communicate with others to complete work activities.
• Must be willing to handle materials that are soiled or have pungent odors, with appropriate protective equipment.
• Requires standing for most of shift.
• Requires physical activity, including lifting or moving materials, for most of shift.
