Job summary

General Technologies, Inc. is hiring a warehouse order puller to ensure accurate picking and timely preparation for shipment. You will follow pick sheets, help maintain inventory accuracy, and work to meet safety and productivity standards.

Applicants should be able to read and write English, lift up to 50 lbs, and thrive in a team environment. Prior warehouse experience is a plus, with a 3:00pm–11:30pm shift and potential extended hours.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write in English.
• Experience in a warehouse setting is a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to count and solve simple arithmetic problems.
• Must work well with others as a team.

Responsibilities

• Follow order pick sheets to pull orders accurately and prepare for shipping.
• Keep supervisor/manager updated on order progress and alert them to problems.
• Promote quality with accuracy and thoroughness while moving at a fast pace.
• Follow warehouse rules for organization, cleanliness, and safety.
• Support receiving procedures and proper recording of shipments.
• Assist with cycle counts to validate inventory quantities.
• Maintain organized and labeled warehouse areas and records.
