Job summary

Garner Foods is seeking a Warehouse Technician to move finished products, raw materials and packaging, and to scan, pick and pack orders while maintaining quality and safety standards. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in manufacturing or food/beverage industry preferred.
• Prior forklift certification preferred.
• Experience using scanning equipment preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP, FDA, SQF, HACCP regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Report for assigned shift in a timely manner, in appropriate attire.
• Operate forklift and other equipment safely and efficiently.
• Pick and package orders according to specifications.
• Load/unload/distribute products according to load plan.
• Enter information in computer system and print paperwork.
• Maintain neat, clean and sanitary workspace.
• Assist in monthly and quarterly inventory.
• Follow all safety rules and report deficiencies.
