The role requires comfort with a 12-hour compressed shift, wearing full PPE, and performing precise, multi-step processes to maintain high yields and device integrity in a high-tech manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in semiconductor/manufacturing or related field preferred.
• Basic computer literacy for MES logging.
• Familiarity with cleanroom standards and gowning protocols.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step recipes.

Responsibilities

• Operate automated semiconductor equipment used in wafer fabrication.
• Maintain strict cleanroom protocols and proper gowning.
• Handle wafer lots and perform visual inspections with a microscope.
• Log factory data and follow MES procedures and recipes.
• Maintain a safe work area and report anomalies promptly.
