Job summary

ShieldPro Protection, a leading industrial company in the United States, is seeking a skilled Turner to join our manufacturing team. You will operate lathes and other machine tools to produce precision metal parts according to blueprints and specifications in a full-time role.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of Turner experience, be proficient with lathes, milling machines, grinders and drill presses, and able to read blueprints.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Turner experience in an industrial setting.
• Proficient with lathes, milling machines, grinders and drill presses.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce precise measurements.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Good English communication skills; other languages a plus.
• Must have a valid biometric passport.

Responsibilities

• Operate machine tools (lathes, milling machines, grinders, drill presses) to produce precision metal parts.
• Read and interpret blueprints and drawings; set up and adjust machines for operations.
• Monitor performance and adjust to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Inspect finished products for quality control.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and follow all safety protocols.
